The MSc People Management course prepares you for leadership and specialist roles in people management, human resources, and organisational development. You’ll graduate equipped to manage change, shape culture, and drive performance across sectors.
Entry requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Applicants would normally have a first degree at an Honours level at classification 2:2 or above in a related discipline
- Candidates with professional qualifications and/or work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be asked to attend a 45-minute interview to discuss their background and interest in the course
- For learners for whom English is not their first language, a score of at least 6.5 with no component score lower than 6.0 in IELTS or equivalent is required- information is updated regularly at http://www.uclan.ac.uk/study_here/how_to_apply/international.php
- Applicants wishing to join the programme with L7 Postgraduate Diploma are required to take 120 credits
