Become a next-generation expert with a research degree in North Korean Studies. Conduct in-depth research on North Korea's society, economy, international relations, and politics. You can also research the inter-Korean relations in the context of divided nations.

On completion of the MA by Research in North Korean Studies, you will be equipped to work in a number of employment sectors dealing with international affairs.

Entry requirements

Korean is not required for your research but can be beneficial, while strong academic writing skills are desirable.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Honours degree of 2:1 or above in a related field or equivalent professional experience in the discipline.
