About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to join the School of Health, Social Work and Sport. This role provides a comprehensive personal assistant and administrative service to the Dean of School and diary management support for all the Associate Deans within the School.
This versatile role will work proactively, collaboratively, and flexibly with academic staff and professional service colleagues to directly support the Senior Leadership team and School activities. Core responsibilities will relate to tasks such as coordinating schedules, diary management support, servicing meetings and school administration tasks.
About you:
The successful candidate will have experience of working as a personal assistant or equivalent, including experience of taking minutes and experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packages, databases, electronic diary and filing systems. The role requires the successful candidate to be able to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
You will have a range of GCSEs, including English Language and Math’s at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning.
