When you work for the University of Lancashire, you’ll be part of a thriving community of talent that’s united in a common commitment to transform lives. We do this by delivering an outstanding educational experience and creating prosperity and opportunity in the communities we serve. Whatever your role, you’ll be playing a vital part in helping us achieve our vision.
About the role:
In this unique role, you’ll sit at the crossroads of Marketing and our People Team, leading the way in crafting and delivering our employer brand strategy. You’ll be the voice behind how our culture is seen, felt, and experienced; internally and externally. From attracting top talent to energising our teams, your work will amplify our values across every touchpoint.
You’ll collaborate with our professional services teams—including People, Estates, and Student Support—to deliver high-impact, on-brand campaigns that resonate. This is a role for a strategic thinker and relationship builder who thrives on creating engaging digital content and ensuring a consistent, compelling brand presence across all platforms.
About you:
You will need to have experience in digital marketing, preferably within higher education, employer branding, or professional service and a strong understanding of employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, and content development for digital channels. You will also be required to bring to the role excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content.
For this role an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
What we can offer you:
Our people are our most important asset. We’ll encourage you to make the most of your talents and continually develop your skills and knowledge. As well as realising your career ambitions, you’ll be making a positive difference to other people’s lives. We also offer a fantastic package of rewards and lifestyle benefits – from an attractive annual leave entitlement to access to a comprehensive employee benefits platform.
We are proud to be a diverse, multicultural university. We are committed to building a truly inclusive culture where diversity is championed. Applications are particularly welcomed from individuals who will support the diversification within the University and support its development of a culture that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
