Booking information
For 2025, all our packages were designed for either 35 or 70 guests. We asked schools to bring a maximum of 70 guests (including students and staff) across both days. To ensure as many schools as possible could experience the Festival, bookings were limited to either 1 x 70 package or 2 x 35 packages. Unfortunately, if a booking exceeded the maximum group size or 70 guests in total, the package could be cancelled.
After completing the package booking form, schools received an automated booking confirmation via Eventbrite, which guaranteed their place. A detailed booking confirmation, outlining the full package details allocated, was then sent within 14 days of the initial booking.
