About the role:

In this role you will lead the analysis and continuous improvement of digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our student, staff and wider academic community. Working within cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvements, process optimisation and design user-focused solutions. 

About you:

You will be an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects and driving digital transformation. 

With strong communication and influencing skills, you will be able to build relationships with senior stakeholders and be able to coach and mentor others, and explain complex concepts clearly. 

An undergraduate degree in a relevant area is essential for this role.
