Whatever your role, you’ll be playing a vital part in helping us achieve our vision.
About our Team:
In your new role you’ll have a crucial role to play in the University’s continued success.
Student Administration plays a vital role in the everyday operations of the University, overseeing a number of core administrative services which support every aspect of the student journey, from enrolment through to graduation. We put students at the heart of everything we do. Operating centrally, we collaborate across all our schools, faculties, campuses and partner institutions to help the University achieve its mission by ensuring that every student who studies with us has an exceptional experience, is able to achieve their potential, and can go on to enjoy a successful career. Our experienced specialist teams oversee the crucial administrative processes which ensure that our courses are delivered to the highest standards and that the University complies with all professional, statutory and legislative requirements.
About you:
We are looking for an outgoing, well organised, pro-active and self-motivated individual to join the Student Administration team within Academic Registry. You will possess well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with customers in a patient, friendly and efficient manner and will have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Applicants will be educated to undergraduate degree level together with GCSE Maths and English.
