About the role:
We are looking for a Portfolio Recruitment Manager to join our high-performing UK Student Recruitment team. The team is externally facing and fast paced; driving recruitment success across undergraduate and postgraduate provision at the University. You’ll act as a strategic business partner to allocated Academic Schools, helping to increase enquiries and applications through targeted, data-driven recruitment initiatives and activities.
About you:
You’ll be someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking; able to spot opportunities through data insights and deliver effective, audience-focused recruitment strategies. Your excellent organisational and project management skills will enable you to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, while your communication and influencing abilities will help you build strong partnerships across academic and professional teams. A solid appreciation of the higher education landscape, including the UK recruitment cycle and audience segmentation, is essential.
An undergraduate degree or equivalent experiential learning is essential for this role.
