About the role:
Are you a dynamic IT professional with a passion for DevOps, collaboration platforms, and leadership? Join our Learning and Information Services team as a DevOps Principal Collaboration Engineer and play a key role in delivering modern, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions.
As a DevOps Principal Collaboration Engineer, you will lead and mentor a team of Collaboration Engineers, ensuring the successful delivery, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 services and enterprise communication platforms. You will contribute to the University’s IT strategy, helping to create a seamless, intuitive, and secure digital experience for staff and students.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and enterprise collaboration tools, alongside strong technical knowledge of telecommunications, including VoIP and traditional telephony. Holding an Undergraduate degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience, you will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and mentorship skills. With a proven ability to manage complex IT projects and balance multiple priorities, they will possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency within the organisation.
