About the role:
The School of Medicine & Dentistry is seeking a proactive and highly organised Compliance and Resources Assistant to join our team. This role provides high-level administrative support to a team responsible for a range of areas including resources, governance, compliance, regulation, risk management, and the School’s professionally accredited programmes, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
About you:
The successful postholder will have experience across a broad range of administrative duties, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You will have the ability to work independently, using initiative to progress tasks and resolve issues. Utilising strong communication, organisational and planning skills you will have an ability to multitask and deal with complex detail as well as dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
You will hold a range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or appropriate equivalent experimental learning.
