About the Event

Lancashire Police are currently recruiting for a new cohort of Police Constable Degree Apprentices, due to start in November 2026. This information event is designed for anyone considering a career in policing and wanting to learn more about the apprenticeship route.

During the event, you will:

  • Hear presentations outlining the benefits of the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship
  • Meet the course team, including serving Police Officers and the University delivery team
  • Speak directly with police officers who have completed the programme
  • Take part in short campus tours to explore the facilities available to apprentices throughout their studies

About the Programme

The Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to earn a fully funded degree while earning a salary. Apprentices are employed as operational police officers while studying alongside their role.
