Company and Degree Apprenticeship requirements:

Applicants are required to have:

• GCSEs: Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent such as Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English.

Plus, one of the following:

• A level: BBC including Maths and other science subject (such as physics, chemistry, further maths). General Studies accepted.
• BTEC Extended Diploma: DMM
• BTEC Diploma: D*D* (to include Maths module)
• Our Apprenticeships have flexible entry requirements which take into consideration prior qualifications and experience. This may also include consideration of year of entry

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Enthusiasm for construction, engineering and sustainability — keen to learn about building services and sustainable building practices.
• Strong mechanical / technical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn both on-site and in the office.
• Good communication and team-working skills — able to collaborate with a variety of trades, contractors and project stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to take responsibility, and eagerness to contribute to sustainable building solutions and continuous improvement.
• Basic literacy in mathematics, physics and technical drawing or willingness to learn such skills on the job.
• Interest in sustainable construction, energy efficiency, environmental impact reduction, and long-term building performance.
• Willingness to travel to different site locations as required.
• Commitment to health & safety, quality workmanship, and adherence to regulations / standards.
• A willingness to work hard, be flexible, and grow with the company.

A structured apprenticeship programme under the mentorship of experienced building services and construction professionals.

On-the-job training and hands-on experience across a variety of real projects — from fit-out and joinery to new-build and refurbishment.
