Course overview

This is a 20 credit module.

This short course will allow you to understand the different theoretical models of the mind. You'll learn to skilfully navigate a complex philosophical debate, as you articulate and defend your own ideas. You'll work on an essay on a topic of your choice

Entry requirements

As this is a Level 7 credit bearing module, we would normally expect applicants to have studied to Level 6.

However, we also welcome applicants with experience of mental health (either in a professional or service user role), who have not obtained a formal Level 6 qualification.

All applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
