Sarah Cassidy, Head of Operations at 3manfactory, a Creative Agency based in Lancashire is a standout participant who had a fantastic experience on our Help to Grow: Management Course.

Sarah’s journey didn’t end with the course. In February, she was named Mentee of the Year at the National Mentoring Awards in London. With hundreds of entries from across the country, this was a significant achievement, not only for Sarah, but for the University as a delivery partner.
