Help to Grow: Management Course fuels business success

The programme is delivered by experienced business educators and tailored to real-world challenges. The course provides practical tools, expert guidance and access to a national network of like-minded professionals.

Sarah Cassidy, Head of Operations at 3manfactory, a Creative Agency based in Lancashire is a standout participant who had a fantastic experience on our Help to Grow: Management Course.

Sarah shared: “The Help to Grow: Management Course helped me in my capacity as Head of Operations at 3manfactory. The way the programme was structured allowed me to focus on the business and make transformational changes with the senior management team.
Sarah continued:

"Having a mentor to work through ideas and scenarios, and to give an objective view of the business and my approach to implementing improvements, was invaluable"

Sarah’s journey didn’t end with the course. In February, she was named Mentee of the Year at the National Mentoring Awards in London. With hundreds of entries from across the country, this was a significant achievement, not only for Sarah, but for the University as a delivery partner.

Karl Broome from Austin Lenika Project Services Ltd said: “The course has directly led to us gaining a large new client. The modules helped us change our plans, making us take a step back and look at the bigger picture.” Adam Gregson of Impact Computing added: “We'll now be able to improve our planning, involve the team with planning and simplify our operations.”
