Charlotte Taylor

Charlotte teaches across all three of the physiotherapy programs as well as supporting placement allocations. Her main teaching philosophy is always Keep it Simple! Nurturing a welcoming and inclusive environment where all students are able to achieve their very best is always Charlotte's main focus.
Charlotte has worked at the University of Central Lancashire as a lecturer since May 2022 with her strong connections to clinical practice supporting her in the role of placement coordinator. After successfully achieving her post graduate certificate in academic practice Charlotte has subsequently continued her studies into an MSc Professional Practice in Education.
Charlotte's clinical background predominantly is in MSK and more specifically in spinal care with a specialist interest in scoliosis management. She worked within the specialist spinal team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals for six years prior to starting at the University of Central Lancashire and uses that experience to support her teaching using real life scenarios to enhance the learning experience.
