Dr Becky Price
Becky is a veterinary surgeon with extensive experience in equine clinical practice in both an ambulatory and hospital setting. She has a particular interest in orthopaedics, poor performance and preventative healthcare.
Her role is to deliver and develop education in the School of Veterinary Medicine with a particular focus on equine medicine and clinical skills. She delivers the equine practical animal handling sessions at our partner Myerscough College and University Centre, using her first-hand knowledge to create engaging and up to date clinical sessions.
During her time in practice, Becky was a VetGDP Advisor, providing one-to-one support to recent graduates and supporting them in both their professional and personal development. Teaching in practice has set her up well with all the tools to promote student experience and success.
