About the role:

The School of Veterinary Medicine is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Small Animal Internal Medicine to lead in course development, management and delivery in the area of small animal internal medicine.

The post-holder will design and deliver effective and inclusive learning materials suitable for Team-based learning, along with a range of relevant and authentic assessments. You will have an enthusiasm for widening participation and supporting under-represented groups into Higher Education.

About you:

The successful applicant will have an excellent track record of building and sustaining internal and external relationships alongside excellent communication and networking skills. They must have experience in delivering undergraduate veterinary teaching, alongside specialist or referral level clinical experience in the area of small animal internal medicine and detailed knowledge of small animal internal medicine. A veterinary degree, MRCVS registration (or eligibility to register), and postgraduate training and qualifications in small animal internal medicine is also essential

Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview.

Please note, you will be required to work two days a week in person on Preston Campus.
