About the role: 

The University of Lancashire is looking for a Marketing and Content Officer to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and create compelling content that brings to life our brand messaging. The role will be the first point of contact for one of our Schools, building relationships and engaging academic colleagues in marketing activities for future student recruitment. 

As part of the role you will also manage dedicated subject-specific social media accounts including daily planning, posting and monitoring and create compelling copy for the University website and other digital channels. 

Due to the diverse nature of diverse nature of Marketing, occasional evening and weekend work may be required. 

About you:

The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experiential learning in a related discipline. You must also have demonstrable experience of working in a marketing role, including content creation and social media management, digital marketing, briefing and production of marketing materials, ensuring marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, organising marketing events, along with good knowledge of marketing best practise.
