We are pleased to host Korea Day 2025 at the University of Lancashire’s Foster Building Social Space.
The event will feature a range of cultural experiences and informative talks, followed by a documentary screening based on the memoir of a North Korean defector.
Korea Day 2025 is open to all, with no registration or fees required.

12 noon to 1pm
Opening, with some Korean snacks
1pm - 2pm
Study in Korea Korean proficiency is not required.
2pm - 3pm
Working in Korea - Korean proficiency is not required.
There will be activities taking place throughout the day, 12 noon - 3pm, including:
- Hanbok (Korean traditional costume) Experience
- Dancheong (Korean traditional design) Experience
- Korean Calligraphy Experience & Contest (with the prize Learn Korean with TyniTAN Kit)
- Exhibition on North Korea
