Full job description

As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work 4 days a week with us at SE3 Projects and attend university 1 day per week as part of your degree apprenticeship programme. You’ll assist our team with the management of construction costs, contract administration, and commercial aspects of a variety of exciting projects. This role will give you hands-on experience in:

Preparing cost estimates and cost plans
Assisting in tendering processes and contract documentation
Supporting valuations, cost reporting, and change control
Learning how to read and interpret construction drawings
Visiting construction sites to support project delivery

Company and Degree Apprenticeship requirements:

Applicants are required to have:

GCSEs: Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent such as Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English.

Plus, one of the following:

UCAS: 104 points at A2 (STEM subjects preferred but not essential)
Higher National Certificate Level 4 or Higher National Diploma Level 5 accepted.
We are accredited by RICS (who are the EPAO) and CIOB, CICES and CABE.
Flexible entry requirements - advanced entry and non-standard entry is by interview with the Course Leader.
